My hallway vent has been dripping water for a couple days and I have not been able to fix it. I called Steven and he was able to come out to me & see what the problem was. He was able to explain to me in detail what the issue was and how we can go about fixing it. I am super grateful for Steven and Alayna for taking care of me!

Steven had the best priced quote, and was on time and very professional. He took care to keep my carpet clean while coming in and out. He also used a portable AC to keep us cool while our AC was off and being worked on. I highly recommend him and Abide Air Conditioning!

Steven Thompson did an excellent job repairing my AC unit. I had water leaking inside and he repaired it. He serviced the outside unit. He was professional and explained everything so I could easily understand the repairs. Also the price was very affordable. Stephen is very professional and knowledgeable. He dealt with the problem and responded to all the questions we had. He is very clear and concise as to what the problem is, what needs to be resolved now and what can wait. Even though it's a very hectic time of the year, our emergency was dealt with as an emergency in less than 24 hours and came back today to follow-up on the entire system. He is honest, reliable, competent, and all around a very nice man. My brother recommended this company and Stephen to my parents and to us.
